Adorable picture! This is Paige from knitpurldrop by the way...the idea behind the Guy Fawkes socks is that I am spending a year in England as an exchange student and am making all my projects as Brit as possible. The connection between Guy Fawkes Day and socks in that the pattern used was "Fawkes" from a Harry Potter series of sock designs...I've always wanted to make them and thought that I could add "Guy" to the front to make them relavent. Sorry to confuse you, but the Guy Fawkes Socks are for me!
